I recently won an action that allowed you to select the item wanted. I looked at one item an decided I d NOT want t. I then went to the checkout screen to buy more items... unknown to me the item I had looked was unseen at the bottom. Upon finishing the checkout I immediately noted the error and contacted the online representative... she said that she would reverse the charge and credit my account. When I went back to get the item really wanted... the auction win had disappeared. Once again I contacted the customer service online and was told 'TOO BAD'... in spite of several complaints the only responses I have received are that I returned the item and I am out of luck. AND to date although the charge is still pending... the credit is nowhere be seen. I have been a really good customer ie: I spent a lot of money on QUIBIDS for 2 years; but the last 3 months have been awful... merchants ship wrong items, warranties are not honored, returns are a nightmare and cost the bidder time and money only to be told the item is out of stock... and NOW they steal back a win and charge my account with 1 of the 12 allowable wins per month. STAY AWAY... QUIBIDS is n longer any fun.
