I bought a ring set in October 2015, and received it in November. The ring lost its finish after wearing it for 12 days, I contacted them after several failed attempts they finally responded back and requested that I send the ring back at my cost of $9.67 on November 12. They received it on November 14... They said I had to pay a custom size of $20, so I did, and continued to get nothing from them, no response nothing. I received a text from them on November 24 saying that they can't cancel my order, but will refund me my $20 custom order fee, and that I should be receiving my ring soon. On November 30 I received my new ring. On December 9 a stone fell out and I contacted them with zero response back, so I contacted pay pal and they were instructed by Jeuila to have me send the ring back to China, at my cost of $11.37, and as soon as they received the ring back they will refund my money. I sent the ring back on December 28, and it arrived in San Francisco on on January 1 at 4:23 a.m. And left San Francisco at 7:43 a.m. to China I guess... I did as I was told by pay pal with instructions from Jeuila, however neither Jeuila or pay pal informed me that once it leaves the United States that there is no tracking available... so it's February 12 and I have nothing, and Jeuila will not respond back to me at all, and pay pal closed my claim because it went over the 20 days and that they can't confirm delivery of package. So at this point I am without the ring and without my money... they are scammers.
