I panicked because I didn't see a phone number where I could call - it was all done by a few emails - I think me being old school - I would have preferred a voice for reassurance right from the get go. I worried if I could have everything done within the 14 day frame for returns - as it said "from date of receiving merchandise" - and time was a ticking ---- YOU MIGHT WANT TO SAY IN FUTURE - 14 DAYS FROM RECEIVING RETURN LABEL FROM YOU -
