“HORRIBLE! ASOS sold me a WORN and DAMAGED dress”

Bought a $160 dress and received it in the mail recently only to discover that it has literally been worn and damaged. It has dirt stains all around the bottom and has lots of broken beads at the top.

Terrible customer service, they dont care at all about products that are misrepresented with sizes and when you simply ask for an exchange as it isn't correct, they blatantly just say, oh well... too bad or you, we don't care!
Don't waste one cent on this website, not worth your time or money.
