I ordered my son a bike for Christmas this year from Zulily. Online it showed this item was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. This is the one reason I felt confident ordering it from them. However, the bike did NOT arrive and I was not able to give it to him this morning. I am so disappointed and will not shop with Zulily again. When I called customer service I was offered a $10 credit. This credit does not fix the problem and I will not even use it. I thought by ordering this on December. 10th I wouldn't have to worry about this!
