Ordered a gift card 9/12/14 with a promise of 5-7 business days and it's still not here. The customer support staff would only tell me it was shipped 9/16/14 and they didn't know where it was. Then suddenly they know it's at UPS... or maybe the post office. And I should keep waiting. They refused to give me a UPS tracking number so I could see if it was at UPS. Then representative hung up on me. They also told me the cards

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use Fandango unless you like throwing your money away.
