I need to return shoes received and Zulily do not reply to my emails, why? Since leaving this review they have now refunded all my costs which I am very grateful for. The shoes will be donated to my local charity shop as they requested that I keep them. I still will not use them again as trying to return my item was extremely stressful
Tip for consumers:
do not purchase unless you are sure it does not need returning as return policy not working
