I ordered five things from Rose Wholesale. Received four of them, all cheap quality. Flimsy. The fifth item never came. They don't provide phone numbers, of course, and when you write to complain, the site tells you that your order # is wrong so they won't answer your question. Funny thing is, I copied and pasted the order # from their confirmation form. How could it be wrong? So, they won't take calls, they won't acknowledge email complaints and questions, so in essence, we have no way of contacting them, and no way to get our money back. They stole my money and there is nothing I can do about but warn others.
