Worst company ever! I contacted my credit card company to stop payment when I still had not received my order (a Christmas present) 25 days after they charged my card. Had I read all the negative reviews before ordering, I never would have placed it. The customer service is ridiculous. Never a live chat available, no phone # to contact anyone. Found out since it is a China based company so the item would probably have been poor quality anyway. If you have an order pending, CANCEL immediately and take your money elsewhere.
