“I placed on order on January 2,2012”

I placed on order on January 2,2012. It took over 22 days to receive it. The tracking number was for UPS but I finally found the package at a post office in another city. Zulily explained that it take 10 days to process an order... that is absolutely ridiculous... generally I received my orders from other vendors before Zulily has ever processed one.
