I am new to Ebates and did not quite understand what I needed to do to get started with this program of getting money back. Nicole of customer service service helped me. I had received an order the day before from an Ebates store. I emailed Ebates Customer Service, told them of my order. Nicole asked me to send a copy of my receipt. I did, and because it was my first time, I was given my Ebate with instructions on future use of the website.
