What a horrible experience. I ordered long sleeve white t$#*!rts printed with a custom design for Christmas. When they arrived, the t shirts were either discolored or dirty. I made up my mind it let it go, but when I recieved a survey, I completed it with that information. I then received a very kind letter from customer service:

If you would like a replacement order, please reply to this email with the product number, color, and preferred size of the item you would like to receive and I will issue a replacement order free of charge.

We do not want you to incur any additional shipping fees, so we would not ask you to return the original shirts.

I was extremely pleased that they cared. BUT AFTER THAT, EVEN WITH FOLLOWUP EMAILS...

I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN. FOR ALMOST $300.00, being blown off after that email was the worst experience ever!
