When purchasing items for xmas on the Walmart website, you will see a delivery bar that indicates delivery of the item(s). DONT BELIEVE IT! Then when the item does not arrive as indicated. Customer service will inform you that you must contact the 3rd party seller directly to resolve any issues/refunds/credits, etc. As in my case, I was given a number that turns out to be a fax number. The moral of the story is that Walmart will not take any accountability, responsibility or party with these 3rd party issues. So, their point is what for advertising false delivery information, deceptive information and offering products Walmart will not have any association with. Then when you finally get through voice mail hell to reach a human being, you get a fax number. Need I say anymore. This item and fax number is supposedly to APEX FASHION. Buyer beware of purchasing from this vendor. I will update as I progress through this madness and time consuming issue. Thank you Walmart for nothing. And, rest assure, I will not stop at reviewing this incident here. This is just the beginning.
