This company feels that they are under no obligation to ensure all items are in package when it arrives to the customer. I purchased a YiZhan Tarantula X6 Quadcopter and opted to get the optional 5MP camera at an additional cost. The package arrived on time and I thought everything was fine, I was very wrong. I have been fighting through email and chats with them for over a week over a 4GB memory card. The copter and camera were shipped in a larger box together. The copter was complete but the camera box was missing the 4GB SD card. According to customer service "We only can ship the items as the package including shows on our site." That is great and I would expect nothing less if that was the case. The way they have it on the site they only list the items included with the copter not the camera since it is an additional purchase but sold as a package deal. Over and over again I keep getting the same response:

There is no memory card included.

Do you see the camera in this list? No, because it is an optional item that I purchased for an additional cost. Customer service does not see it that way. If it is not in the list then they are not responsible for the item. So I have a camera that was shipped without the SD card and I have to go out and buy a SD card just to use it. I sent in pictures of the camera box showing that it should have included the SD card and they do not care if it's not in the list they are not responsible. Heck the first line of how to use the camera says to insert the SD card into the camera before mounting it to the copter. I guess Banggood wants me to be thankful that I received the camera at all.

Do not buy from this company. If you choose to you have been warned. Especially do not add on optional additional cost equipment because you will not get it.
