I wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered! Please listen to all the others. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE... You will be so sorry. What other website does not offer to refund unworn items?!? I too was offered the 15% refund then after I replied that it wasn't acceptable, they offered me 20% and told me that I should take it to a tailor to have the problem fixed and that they don't make very much profit off of it. I told them that the top bumps out and has a weird shape. In their email back they stated that " if your product arrives in a defective manner you will get a full refund." I sent them pictures of the neckline and how it doesn't lay flat and buckles. They sent me back a picture of the dress when it was made, well duh, the body form is just that, a form. It looks fine on it because the mannequin doesn't move! As soon as you put it on it gaps and buckles. I will be letting everyone know on social media to never order from this site!
UPDATE: After a few emails back and forth I was offered a full refund. Once I started communicating with Adam everything was fine. He was very helpful in assisting me in getting the refund.
