I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this website. Its been a difficult process and before the website asks me for my order number, it's too late for that. You should have answered one of the three emails I sent or the message that was left on the (917) voice mail. I placed the order over two weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped. You should advise people when they are paying extra to have it shipped within 3-5 business days, that's only after you "process" the order. How about you explain the process on your website before people buy. I am disappointed. I order things for my cruise that's in two weeks and I won't be receiving them in time. I have already put a request in to my credit card company to reverse the charges because it feels like a scam.
