Only purchased through AliExpress once. Did not receive what I paid for. I ordered an item in Brown and received one in Silver. Even though I submitted pictures, the seller insisted it was Brown. Had to initiate a dispute with AliExpress and although it was determined the item I received did not match what I purchased, I was still held responsible for the majority of the cost, not the seller. It was insulting that I was offered a $3 refund after paying over $20. In fact the seller, who was extremely rude and threatened me, received almost all of what I initially paid. Then when I tried leaving feedback on the seller's site so others would be aware, AliExpress never posted my feedback. In all my years and thousands of purchases online, I have never experienced a worse online buying experience or worse customer service. I would never risk buying through AliExpress again as their priority is clearly protecting their own sellers and not the customer!
