I ordered something that did not fit at all. I contracted customer service and asking to return the item and exchange it for something else. Unfortunately no exchange could be done but they did send me a prepaid return label for UPS. They refunded my bid cost within a couple days and refunded all the bids used to win the item. I appreciate how quick and convenient they made it for me. I didn't even have to stand in line at the post office I just stuck the label on the package and dropped it in the UPS drop box by my work.
