I was excited to find iHerb, as I live outside the US. They offer products that I like and cannot find here. The first two orders went off without a hitch, but then the 3rd has been riddled with problems. Two weeks later, and I still don't have my third order. I have spoken to 5 - yes 5 - customer service reps AND the supervisor, and no one can figure out anything! All they say is 'sorry'. The package still hasn't been shipped - $110 worth or groceries! If you can find another company, I recommend you go with that company.
