I subscribed for one yr, then asked me to extend a yr for a lower rate which I did. I then asked to clean my system and a tech scrubbed my act data base with 12 yrs activity. I canceled the 2nd yr and was given a full refund. I resubscribed for one year. I had to pay a higher price as i was a few days late rensaewing. I have since read complaints online and decided to cancel. I have had the New sys since August. I was told if we were just a few days they would give a full refund. We are 9 days past the 30 day refund and have to pay $120.00 to cancel. I paid $179.99 in August and the only refund I get is $59.99. I had difficulty understanding their staff and had to wait up to one hour to service completed that I think could have been done on half the time. This is a common complaint of other users.
