I placed my order # ************** on 2/4/14 and paid for expedited shipping hoping to get it as a valentine gift before Feb 14th. To date my order is showing as processing.My calls remain answered despite calling within business hours. I am so mad about this company and I will start filling a claim for refund of my $180.62 and request for governmental investigation.
