Banggood.com. I have purchased many items from BG over the last 2 years or so, and never had any problems.
I recently received a item from them that was faulty, it had a technical fault that would show up only if you used the item to it's full potential.
I contacted BG with my problem and receive a prompt email reply with help and advice as to the possible cause, and things to try.
After doing all the tests on the item to track down the fault, we decided that two parts needed replacing. This would have been easy to do as the item was designed to be easy to repair if danged.
Banggood said the items were on the way and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
They sent me a completely new item again, 100% perfect, 75% more that was needed to effect the repair needed, we are talking over £40 here.
This is were a good company's shine above others, Any company can sell me items as they do, but this is why Banggood is my favorite site for price, value, and top service,
If they have the items I need.

Here is another China site that I use, Not had any problems at all with them, Smaller than Focalprice.com but just as good service. Free P&P postage to UK 12 to 20 days as are most of the free postage China sites.

Waited 35 days for item to arrive, contacted them about item, told to wait a few more days, contacted them again after 40 days, said it will arrive in next 2 days?, contacted them again on day 45, told to wait again, it is now day 50 since item was sent so they say and blame the air mail service, they is nothing wrong with the air mail, items from Focalprice.com, Buyincoins.com and Priceangels.com have arrived with no trouble in 12 to 18 days, they will not resend or refund me my money, they just tell me to keep waiting, first time I have ever used them as I usually use Focalprice.com, Buyincoins.com and Priceangels.com as well as Dealextreme.com. Big mistake in trying them and will not use again. Hope you have better look with them.

This is one of the China site that I use, I have been using focalprice.com since 2008,
I have spent £200 with them on 21 orders, they have all ways looked after me when there has been any problems and that is why I still use them today, there comms are very good,
