I'm not extreme or radical anything....just Midwestern type, (hopefully grounded) common sense person. Which I haven't been lately! Becoming cynical and jaded.. Would really prefer be more upbeat/ optimistic but that is getting harder and harder- why? I really see/sense a trend with e-business( or all business) to squeeze out ..MONEY! oh get back.. I'm alright jack... What happened to Customer Service? Customer satisfaction? Customer anything?? YEAH, I know, ther ARE good sites out there...som

Come on...thirtysome "cyber-bullies"? After red flagging a few of these, I got no response from okcupid "customer service" website to check what if anything was done. I tried to reach them by phone ....but the have an "answering service" that sounds more like a fax machine. I repeatedly tried to get a live person to respond to my complaints....which are supposed to be in tune with their "conduct policy" but never got an answer. I am beginning to think ALL these "dating sites" are run by a bunch of Sleaze Balls......
Nothing but good things to say about this site. Complete, interesting and professional. End of story.
After an insane run-around ( unfortunately, too typical of e-business "customer service" now-days), I finally got a person that did NOT give me a SCRIPTED response with a rip-off issue I had with a seller! A lucid, empathetic, Customer Service Rep got to the bottom of a time-consuming, dragged-out, transaction dispute. Kudos!
I had a question about their FEES. I got nothing but a ROBOTIC RESPONSE. I read their "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" the phrase "double charge" comes up more than once...please read their fine print ....RED FLAGS!
Sidenote: Plentyoffish.com as well as MANY other web sites directs you to go to this "HELP" (JustAnswer) and pay them $30.00. Because they can't answer /respond to a simple question you submit on line-----Because they have no "Customer Service" worth a can of beans.
The "trashy" sites are getting to be more upfront and honest with issues like complaints about "members IM" and canceling account.....you would not believe the obfuscation and the runaround!!!! I don't think their "customer service" really exists. Just try to get something other than a robotic response that tells you nothing.......keep away!!! If you get too mad or frustrated they will purposely send you a window that asks if you wan't to DELETE ACCOUNT AS OPPOSSED TO CANCEL SO THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AT ALL.(as stated by them)..if you delete...we wil not let you back in EVER!
