After receiving eMail to "Wrap up my order", I thought there was something I had not done to complete the order I placed. Turns out that it was just a badly worded email; the order was ready to go. While on their web site, I noticed that the items I had ordered were going for $6 per item less than when I ordered. The lame mope that answered the phone told me there was nothing they could do to reduce the price or issue a credit to my card. This is nonsense! Of course they can issue a credit - it's not a case of "can't" but "won't". So I cancelled my order - maybe they can calculate what their margin on $0 is. I have no use for a company that charges $20 to ship a box and then won't work with their customers.
