Where to start? Ordered a Samsung Galaxy A5 4G LTE phone, at what i thought was a bargain £249, due to the fact they are £350 in the majority of other places. Dispatch time was 2 - 3 days. Waited almost 2 weeks item was not even dispatched. When i went back to the site the title of the item had changed to Samsung Galaxy A5 A5000 Duos, which is the slightly older and lot cheaper model that you can get from most places for around £250. Emailed company, was eventually told item was dispatched on 6th March. By 11th item still not delivered. So i mailed them again. 2 hours later received an email with tracking number saying the item should be here soon. Did arrive on the 12th by DHL 24HR delivery, so the item had never been posted when they said it had. Beggars belief a "U. K." company can get away with this bull. Would never use this lying cheating site again, and would highly recommend buying from somewhere else IF you want to receive the item you actually order!

Came across Gearbest whilst looking for a Elephone P3000S, and this site came up with the item at a sale price, and therefore cheaper than most other places. Was dubious as i have had bad experiences with other far east companies, but new paying through Paypal my money was secure. So i ordered the phone, paid for expedited shipping then sat back waited and hoped! The following day i had an email from DHL with my shipping number and in 6 days, YES ONLY SIX DAYS, my new phone was in my hand. I did, unfortunately have to pay a further £19 GBP in customs fees, but still got the item cheaper in total than other websites had offered it at basic. My experience was faultless, and i would use them again without hesitation, but i would recommend expedited shipping, and taking in to account any customs fees you may incur.

Ordered a mobile phone that was "in stock" and paid for it immediately. Shipping was 1 - 2 business days. Waited a few days, nothing, email response "awaiting stock". Few more days, email response " phone will be posted in 6 days time, definitely, apologies for the inconvenience etc etc". After the new date i emailed and asked if phone was not going to be shipped just send me a refund. Sick of waiting. Following day money refunded with no explanation, they just could not / would not fulfill my order. Waste of time. There are far better companies who appreciate your custom!
