I've used them for 18mths. I've NEVER had a problem with the orders, the customer service and using paypal makes it all very secure.

On one occasion the parcel was damaged in the mail - Banggood fixed everything up and kept in contact with me all the time.

I will keep using them - I suggest you do as well
