Order was supposedly delivered by shipping company. Notification of exactly who it was from was withheld by the shipper for some reason from tracking update. Vey odd. Upon arrival at home within hours of delivery time, no package was found. Builders Supply tels you to contact the shipper and that it is between you and them now. Despite receiving packages on a regular basis and NEVER having one go missing, much less for toilet seats, Buiders Supply washed their hands of the matter because the driver "remembers" delivering it. Haha! Sure, over the thousands of packages during the Holiday Season. Builders Supply is playing fast & lose with other people's money. In the highly unlikely event that the package (of toilet seats!). Was stolen, it would still be their responsibility given the fact that they chose not to require a signature, for a not so small amount of money. But, oh joy! They are happy to send me more product at my expense, including shipping. Which was free the first time given the amount spent! My wife & I order quite a bit. NEVER have we run into such poor customer service. Absolutely never.

The most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. This company is more interested in sending you emails concerning coupons for your next purchase than they are taking care of the purchase at hand. Trying to find out a delivery date is impossible, and twice I was cut off and switched to another number without notice before I was able to posit another question. After leaving a message with Karen, it took her two days to return my call. Week days. At which time I was informed that my order had been cancelled. No effort was made to contact me concerning this. Their excuse, my credit card may have been declined and perhaps the notification was in my junk file. Neither is the case. This company is the most poorly run I have ever encountered. Especially given the fact that we are dealing with products of such expense. So, thanks to them, my Mother will have to wait for her much needed lift chair. Which most certainly will not come from them.
