It asked me for my card info just to go purchase a bid package and as soon as i entered my info without pressing anything they took 78 dollars off my account no 800 number to call or anything DONT DO IT

I have had a look at your account and can see that the initial transaction was not processed as it failed the account verification process. In some cases this will show as a pending transaction even though it was not completed and DealDash did not process this payment.

These transactions usually clear off your account automatically after 3 business days however, if you contact your bank or card provider directly, they should be able to confirm this to you.
