I signed up for Betterme 28 day chair yoga. During the sign up process questions were asked regarding goals, obstacles, food preferences creating the impression the program is personalized. It isn't. The meal plans, which could be found online free, included things I don't eat and omitted during the questions. The exercise program presented was not 28 day chair yoga. Searching the available programs I found yoga programs but nothing labeled 28 day chair yoga. The support is by email and I am awaiting a response
I can't speak to the effectiveness of Betterme programs because I do not have access to the programs I bought. Betterme marketing processes are at best inaccurate and at worst misleading. I am seeking cancelation and full refund, but I am.not holding my breath. Betterne needs to become Better Period. Bait & Switch or technical error, it makes no difference. I didn't receive the program I paid for so if I don't get a full refund I will conclude Betterme is a company to avoid at all costs. If you do decide to try Betterme here's a tip: answer their questions, but don't pay the first price offered. You wii immediately get an additional 30% offer. Buyer beware.
