I made a order with threebirdnest on November 28th so Black Friday and they told me my order would be out within 1-2 weeks which is totally fine I understood a lot of people were ordering. They processed my money right away. It's been a month now and I still didn't receive my shirt so I got in contact with them asking when it would be mailed. They sent this "Good Morning,
We are not able to get the kimono back in stock, the vendor just didn't do another run. Would you like something else, a credit or a refund"
They said no apology and I would have never knew I wasn't going to receive my top if I didn't reach out to them. I expected a lot more from this company. I still haven't got my refund either.
