I placed two orders with them, I spent hours on the site looking through and picking out my wigs, with no explanation I received an email that my order was refunded back to my account, it has been a week and my money is still not in my account. They have no way to contact them and the number they emailed me to call to discuss this matter goes directly to voice mail and they still haven't gotten back to me so I had to file a claim on them. Don't waste your time on this company Scam
