Hi Dan. Sorry to hear that you have not been able to win more auctions on the site. I believe you are referring to our beginner auctions, which are certainly easier to win. We do this just to allow our new users to get the hang of the site.
Even though we are constantly working on making auctions easier to win for our customers, I am sorry you've found they are too hard to win. If you want some advice on how to win the auctions, you should check out the “Tactics & Tips” section of our website (http://www.dealdash.com/tactics-and-tips), as well as our official blog (http://dealdashblog.com/). They both contain great information to help teach new users how to take advantage of our bargains
