I ordered 1 item, on Dec. 24th I was notified it was shipped, today is January 12th and after 3 e-mails I am still no closer to a tracking number, to which I was told sometimes items are sent with out a tracking number, and I still do not have my merchandise.

What reputable company does not get a tracking number when shipping something, REALLY?!

Do NOT waste your money or your time, you will not get what you ordered and from what it looks like you will not get what you expect. Unless you expect to get a piece of nothing.

Tip for consumers:
You will most likely encounter problems, expect a delay in shipping, they are not lying when it says 10-45 days, a huge variance in sizing, and only e-mail as a way to resolve any issues.

The plus side is they do respond via e-mail in a timely manner and it seems almost genuine for a machine. the e-mail links are tricky you have to see through your account and read all the way through.
