I guess they make it, because everybody sends ONE BAG in...? I would never send a second one, but the one I send was filled to the rim with about 40-50 high value items, some of them new with tags. They picked 3 (!) used (!) items from the gap (!), paid me $12 (which after everything I read, seems top dollars for those people) and did God knows what with the rest - I don't believe a second that they actually donated them. All of this took them about 6 weeks and having my stuff sent back to me would have cost me those $12! What a joke - DON'T DO IT
