This is absolutely ridiculous! I can not even explain how utterly frustrated I am, I've never felt so angry with any service in my life!
I was not made aware, even when talking to someone and making inquiries, that any additional charges would be made or I most certainly would not have ordered from this website! This letter was received two weeks after I'd have already received the package, so there was no way I could even send the item back for a refund and get to shop else where. This was meant to be a nice gift, instead I've been stuck with fees for almost £40 which is half the amount of money which I'd paid for the products I had brought!
On the letter I have received it say it was going to charge me 20% but this is WAY more than 20%!
I would have definitely have shopped else where if I knew I would be paying, pay and half!
When I ordered this package I was informed if was coming from Europe and there would be no import charges! This is honestly ridiculous to me!
I have emailed both companies and have been told it could take 10 days to even reply to me but I haven't even been given 10 days to pay and with the Christmas post it wouldn't get there in the time frame anyway. I am now also unable to speak to anyone else at the companies to help me understand this because I am now all of a sudden unable to sign back in and have been informed that I'd have to change my passwords, a password that they have to email me, to which an email has still not been sent.
I'm at a complete loss here feeling very stressed, disappointed and I'm now going to have to struggle and go without other things I SHOULD be spending money on! So upset, would definitely not recommend
