First order possibly resent? We'll see?. Second order a no show as well. Found a site for international consumer protection..."ACCC". Or... Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Gives the ability to file complaints etc. Complete with phone #'s etc. Really disappointed in service. Vidalspets used to be dependable. ACCC overseas # +61 2 6243 1305 and info center 1-300-302-502. Also scamwatch.gov.au to get a complaint form. Google them. Wondering if there's a mail fraud complaint here. Maybe Royal Post would be interested to hear of place... HMMMMMM

We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
Cancellation should take place on or before the 14 day period is up.
