They are a bait and witch company.
They failed to deliver tickets, lied about it three times, and then gave me the worse seat in the house when I paid for the best.

Please note their terms and conditions, WHERE THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT.

7. Tickets
A. The customer accepts on behalf of OnlineTicketExpress that in case of availability of tickets in a higher/lower category than the category confirmed, OnlineTicketExpress will deliver the clients tickets in a higher/lower category and will charge/refund for the extra amount of money related to the difference between the categories of each ticket"
