My experience is pretty much the same as everyone else. I placed my order on 12/8 thinking I would have no issues getting my order in time for Christmas, how wrong was I. Customer Service doesn't exist. I sent an update request on Sunday and got a bogus tracking number this Tuesday showing my stuff had been delivered to La, I live in FL. I tried calling, sent 2 more emails, and tried the live-chat. Nothing! I didn't finally get a real response from them with a valid tracking number until today after I placed a dispute with PayPal. Never again buying from them.
