Booked 2 rooms in Fredericksburg Va., got in late and found only 1 room reserved under my name. Had to buy another room, too late that day to contact Hotels.com. Emailed them to get a refund and got a run around so I had to put in a dispute through my credit card company.
BTW, Hotels.com charged $10 more for the same room than the hotel charged me.
