I ordered four items on Nov. 7,2014 and have only received one of them so far (Jan. 19 2015). One item apparently wasn't in stock, which I wasn't notified of for a month or so -- however, the site was very good about letting me know what was going on with the item after that point and answered my questions politely and quickly. The one item I've received was also good quality. I'm waiting for my other purchases to arrive before I make any other transactions on this site.
EDITED FEB. 27 -- I only ever received the ponytail holder. Doesn't look like any of my other items will ever be delivered. Also RoseWholesale messaged me on their site to ask if I would write a more positive review. Don't badger me if you can't back up your business claims.

Orders are occasionally split for the simple reason that some items are out of stock and waiting to be resolved. Rather than simply waiting until every item in the order arrives before despatch, we despatch the items that we currently have stock on. This is to ensure that customers do not wait an excessively long period of time before before receiving their goods. We apologize if the customer was not perfectly clear on this. Our communication fell short of the usual standard and, for that, we sincerely apologize.
