First they have a mobile app that's OK at best, can't pay with it, but at least it provides coupons for food, then a couple of weeks ago it tells me to update the app, I thought may be they get wise and allows me to pay with the mobile app. After I updated the app, it won't even let me log in, tried many times over several days, still says "We are having trouble connecting, please try again later". I see many complaints about it on the play store site about this app. Go fix it already!

Coffee is good, but website stinks. I know I entered the correct password, I signed in just yesterday, tried again still failed, so I followed the instructions to change password from my email account, it says password change successful, but site still says "sign in unsuccessful". Same thing happened months ago, now I can't log in again, so frustrating. They should hire the Dunkin Donuts IT team.

I have purchased many gift cards from Raise for several years, had no problem. Received an email from Raise asking me to call them to complete processing my order. I received so many "TAKE5" emails from Raise, I missed that email and actually forgot all about that order. When I try to place another purchase recently, I find out that my account had been locked up. The customer service said that since I had not call them back, I now need "to further verify your account, please send in two images of your ID, and attach it to this email. For quicker verification we request that two pictures are taken at different angles (90 and 45 degrees), all four corners are clearly visible, and the background is a normal setting to assist in confirming the security features of the ID. Scanned or faxed copies are not accepted at this time. Images cannot be submitted in compressed (zip) format.
At this time we accept the following forms of ID:
1. State Issued Drivers/Operators License;
2. State ID
3. Non-USA Passport with Visa"
Seriously? That's too much info given out for purchasing gift cards. I purchased gift cards from other sites for years, nothing like this ever happened to me or my friends. Any one has similar experience?
