They blocked all the insatisfaed clients and eliminate their comments. So you´ll never see them so they can continue cheating the clients.
On site jabber they write back to all the clients as they want to solve the problems only to show they have great customer service.
Nothing as far of the reality.

THEY BLOCK YOU IN FACEBOOK TO NOT TO PUT FEEDBACK AND ELIMINATE THE COMMENTES ON THE WEB PAGE.
