Terrible privacy violators- they don't care if you're a cop, child under 13, or victim of stalking or domestic violence, their online opt out system does not work and there is no way to get in touch with anyone who can help. Emails sent to their customer service email address bounce back, no one responds if you use their online contact form (even though there is an autogenerated message that says they'll respond in one day), and I am pretty sure their phone number goes to a third party answering service because they don't know how to help or answer any of your privacy or opt out questions. It's awful that they can get away with not even having a functioning email address to get in touch with them. If you have issues with them too, please consider reporting to the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse (I'm not affiliated with the latter) or the FTC. That's the only effective way to hold them accountable for their own privacy/opt out policies. Thanks.

They used to be very responsive about removing your info if you called them and requested to be opted out. Recently, they've started posting people's info on other people's profiles who have the same last name. When you call to try to get your info off someone else's page, they tell you they're having difficulties removing it and it will take a while (and refuse to tell you how long). So far, it's been 3 weeks and the info has not been removed, despite there being a documented safety issue involved. If you have had a similar experience (or other opt out problems with this website), please let the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse know so that they can approach the FTC about this issue: https://www.privacyrights.org/complaint (I am not affiliated with them but know they're trying to do something about this.)

I think they actually got in trouble for continuing to charge people's credit cards months after their first purchase, but you can google that if you want to see if that's correct.
With regard to their opt out policy, they continually find new iterations of your info to repost, and depending on where on their site it is, it can take months of continuous hassle with them to take it down. There need to be better laws regulating companies like this!

Hi all- I've had similar experiences to those on this site who haven't been able to get their info off Radaris.
PLEASE, please, please report your experiences with Radaris's opt out system to: https://www.privacyrights.org/new-complaint
They are trying to go to the FTC to see if anything can be done about these issues because so many people have complained, but they need to hear from you if you've had an issue. (Just FYI, I am not affiliated with PRC.)
