I have tried to send the photos from my iPhone but it will not let me send the reply I cannot shrink the photos, please advise another alternative as to how I can get these across to you! Bitter taste in mouth is worsening

Please advise full refund amount for shirts as well as postage and packaging so I can check this against my receipt and bank statement to ensure I am put back in to the same financial situation I was in prior to this disaster.

Hello, I have just checked the tracking reference RU*******GB that i paid £17.05 to send the clothes back to you. The tracking ref states that the returned items were sent to you on the 17.07.2015 at 10:23 but delivery driver was unable to deliver the parcel. They have left a note to state so and it is at your local delivery office. I have returned these awful items at a further expense of the above mentioned £17.05 on top of this order. Please return my money NOW and collect your items i have returned to you. If you refuse to do this i will go to the local citizens advice bureau and get the authorities involved. Disgusted with your company would be an understatement.

Tip for consumers:
This company does not refund your postage you are using to send back the items, send back cheapest possible way.
