I've just purchased 7 led bulbs (E27 9W 800-900 Lumen 2500-3000K Warm White Light P38 LED Spotlight Bulb (85-265V) and 3 of 7 do not work at all. They are new but they seem to have electronic problems. It is frustrating to find out that Tmart Return Policy is 30% of the purchase to return the products for refund. The Customer Service guy took forever to respond and he said this is the company's policy. So I should have had to pay $40 to return the package on top of ~$150 for defective products. This is definitely my last time ever shopping with these guys. They are cheap but sometimes you are going to pay more than in the local store for stuff that doesn't work. Sorry but they suck.
Tip for consumers:
Do Not buy from Tmart if you want quality products. At the end, you'll pay close to what's in the local store for far worse quality.

You can choose the cheapest way to send the item back.
If the mail service with tracking number is expensive, you may choose the one without tracking number.
To shorten the time of solving your problem, you can send us the photo of the shipping receipt (or tell us the tracking number and link), then according to our "Compensation First", we will refund or reship to you first upon receipt of shipping proof.
