The offer I received from them was for $103.00. I sent my phone in (in very, very good condition - no scratches, no damages...) I also included a $10.00 gift card with the phone they had sent me. So, I am expecting $113.00 for my phone. After 2 weeks, I received an email saying they were paying me $5.00 for my phone. I replied to the email and their response was, you must call purchasing. So I did. I was told my phone had scratches all over it and it was only worth $5.00. I told them to return my phone immediately. After 10 days, I have not received my phone, I called in and they said there was an issue with the entire shipment they sent out on 3/28 and the phone should be back to them by today 4/8 and it would be resent. I told them that at this point it needed to be overnighted to me and the response was, well, we will send it quicker than UPS ground, but we just don't know when it will get to you. I have sold phones to Usell and they always pay the amount in the initial offer.
Run, don't walk, do not send your device to them. I went with them instead of Usell because there offer was higher, lesson learned, go with a trusted company, not ecyclebest

Ordered a phone to have shipped to my office, they sent it to my home (billing address), charged me for rush shipping (which I did not ask for) took 2 days longer to get here than advertised, no one was here to sign for it (hence, ship to my office) and over 1 month later, they finally sent me an email stating they have received it back. Called customer service and spoke with Nancy, gave her the info (wanting the shipping refunded and an explanation and her response was "do you want me to ship this or not". Asked for a manager, she said no managers available to talk to you, one will call back in 24 to 48 business hours (that's up to 1 week). They have had my money for over a month and I still don't have a phone. I would look elsewhere to purchase a phone.

I ordered a phone online, after business hours. About an hour later, I needed to cancel. I went on their website, searched how to cancel and did as instructed. My email was sent to them after hours as well, so they had it at the open of business the next day. The responce was "its too late, you have to manually cancel within 90 minutes." What? I sent a request as stated on their website and since no one was there at 10:00 pm, and the cancellation was received by them the same time they got the order, not sure why it could t be cancelled.
Shady business!
