I sent 25 loose photos, several mini-cam videos and disposable cameras. I did receive email advising that some of the things I sent could not be used, without explaining which ones. The quality of the media that I got back was not great. The thumb drive works, but is poorly organized and difficult to navigate. For the cost, I expected a much better product. I would not use this service again.

You touched on an important point concerning the organization of the files on your thumb drive. Each file will correspond to the barcode attached to each tape. It will also correspond to the barcode attached to each grouping of 25 photos as they were packaged upon arrival.
