What an absolute joke of a website I purchased camera system off there site cancelled my order was still sent product... returned product only to be told every excuse under the sun to not refund my money still waiting for my refund it's been since 01/08/2014 very poor customer service skills will never be using this dodgy $#*! website ever again taking further action as i want my $594 refund for product I never wanted once I cancelled order
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from there site it's a joke to get refunds off of them even with proof from australia post still being told haven't recieved the product back....lies lies and more lies will be gettin lawyer involved to tak civil action against groupon for my refund
