Love love love the Amazon prime - fast and almost always exactly what I expected

They claim some Prices for some items are such an outstanding deal but I have checked out same item other sites and the item is no deal at all. They either jack their prices way up and then claim it's 50% off for example and really the reduced price is other places regular price. Warrenties are backed up as advertised-they are good about backing up items under warreny

Always treated like the customer is always right - great return and exchange policy

Love shopping here they always have what I need and are great about returns

Horrible take back policy tock some shoes back that wee too small and because it was a few days past 30 days to return they said sorry no returns or even exchanges got stuck with shoes too small. They are really really cheap
