It's important to note that offers are all credited by the advertisers and can take up to 30 days to credit to your account.
If you do not receive a credit for an offer and it's been more than 14 days you can reach out to LiveChat who can assist you as well.

We have information in our terms and Support Center that can clarify how the crediting process works as each activity (offers, surveys, videoes, etc) are provided by a third-party advertiser.

Once you complete an activity the advertiser will then report the credit to your account.

Crediting of Offers/Cash Earning Activities

Most Offers will be credited to the Member‘s InboxDollars® account within a few business days from completion, while others may take up to 30 days to credit. Members should read and comply with all requirements of an Offer to ensure timely credit.

InboxDollars® credits Members for completing Offers based on information we receive from our Advertisers. Thus, the Advertiser has the final say in whether or not a Member is credited for completing an Offer. InboxDollars® makes no guarantee that Members will receive credit for completing an Offer. Members should save all confirmation/welcome emails (and similar information) they receive from the Advertiser after completing an Offer. This information can often be used to credit a Member‘s account if not done automatically.

The Spin and Win Wheel is designed as something fun for a member to do once they are disqualified from a survey. It is not for the purpose of an earning activity and is strictly voluntary.

The wheel is best used on a desktop as mobile devices can have network connection delays or compatibility issues.

The sweeps earned can then be used towards a chance to enter in a drawing for the prizes of cash or Target gift cards in the Reward Center.
